PLEASE NOTE THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY TO ALL SEASONAL PITCHES WITH NO EXCEPTIONS.

PLEASE ADHERE TO THEM.

  1. All site fees are to be paid by 1st February prior to the commencement of each main season. All other charges are payable upon receipt of invoice. A Charge will be incurred if using a credit card, no charge for debit card. If paying by cheque please allow 5 working days to clear. No pre dated cheques will be accepted. A charge of 3% will be made for any late payments.
  2. Caravans are to be used by immediate family only, Sub-letting is not permitted. Caravans must only sleep the number of people for which it was designed.
  3. Caravans must be kept in a clean a tidy manner. Pitches must be regularly edged and tidied. Any pitches deemed to be untidy for a long period without prior consultation with management will be tidied and charged accordingly. Please keep grass free of obstructions for mowing. Caravans must remain movable at all times.
  4. All caravans must be insured against theft, damage and third party liability. Proof of cover may be required at any time.
  5. Washing lines, Tents or any other temporary structure are not allowed to be erected. All structures between caravans must be fire proof including covers and must be approved by park management. The washing of cars and caravans is not allowed on site. Awnings and wind breakers are only allowed from 1st March – 31st October. These are left at owner’s risk, the park will not be held responsible. Porch Awnings may be used during the winter months.
  6. Vehicles are only permitted onto fields for the purpose of loading and unloading, no vehicles are allowed to be parked next to your caravan. Please remove as soon as you have loaded or unloaded. Please close the gate. Access to fields will be declined during periods of bad weather. Please park with consideration and respect the 5 mile an hour speed restriction at all times. No car movement between 11.30pm and 7.00am.
  7. All visitors must use intercom at the barrier and park on the car park on the left of the driveway. Barriers cards are not to be used to allow anyone other than yourselves in or out of the park.
  8. Fishing is available (A fishing license is required). Day fishing tickets can be purchased at reception during shop hours only Wi fi is purchased via pay pal.
  9. Maximum of 2 gas cylinders at each caravan (except during selected winter months). Gas must be purchased from the shop and not brought onto site. Payment must be made before delivery of cylinders.
  10. BBQ‘s are allowed along as 6 inches above the grass so as not to cause grass damage. No open fires allowed. Chimneys etc, must only be used with smokeless logs or coal, not wood.
  11. Waste water must be disposed of into the drains provided not onto the ground.
  12. Chemical Waste from toilets must be disposed of at the chemical disposal point. Do not flush any solid items such as nappies, sanitary towels or tampons down this disposal.
  13. Ball games are not allowed anywhere except on the recreation field. Bicycles, scooters, roller blades and skateboards should not be used around or in-between other peoples caravans or around toilet block area. Motorized scooters etc. are forbidden unless licensed and insured.
  14. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all time except on dog walk area. All owners must clean up after their dogs. Dogs are NOT allowed on the recreation field. Please do not walk your dog onto the recreation field even if you are staying along the edge. Dogs must be supervised at all times. Dogs must not be left unattended inside caravans or tied up outside. Dogs must not cause any annoyance to others.
